  Each day will consist of three 1.5 hour sessions with an hour break in between. This will be a working break with exercises that will take between 15-30 minutes. If you are taking a 2-4 day training, you will also have exercises to work on in the evening. These will also take between 15-30 minutes. A week prior to the training, you will receive an email from the Shipley Group with the instructions for the training.
